Exchange & Refunds

As our orders are printed on demand exclusively for you, we regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for 'change of mind' as the items cannot be reused.

In the unlikely event that the item you receive is defective or damaged upon delivery, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt, and we will replace it with the same item.

If an item has been dispatched in error, such as an incorrect size or design, customers are kindly requested to contact us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Please be sure to review the size charts available on our website before making a purchase, as we are unable to offer exchanges. Our products are printed on demand for each individual customer, and as a small business, we do not have the capacity for traditional exchanges.

 

Refunds

We only offer refunds for items that are deemed faulty or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing images of the product and proof of purchase. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

 

Product Colour / Style

The fabric and print colours of our products may slightly differ from the images displayed on our website. While the majority of our photos are mock-up designs, we strive to match them as closely as possible to the actual printed product. Additionally, please note that the style or cut of clothing may vary from the illustration photos due to stock availability from our different suppliers.
