Ordering Process

  1. Complete our order form above to place your order or request.
  2. We will send you an order confirmation to approve the style, colour, and placement of your logo or design.
  3. Once we receive your approval of the order confirmation, a 50% deposit is required to process your order.
  4. Upon receiving the deposit, we will prepare the artwork (if needed) and provide a mock-up for final approval before proceeding with printing.
  5. After the mock-up is approved, we will proceed with the production, and no further changes can be made. This step is crucial to ensure your goods arrive accurately. Please take the time to carefully review all proofs.
  6. Please note that delivery times will vary based on the products ordered. 

Artwork Requirement

We highly encourage the file or art to be supplied in Vector Art format (.ai, .pdf., .eps). Unlike regular images  (.jpg, .png) that can get blurry when you zoom in, vector art stays sharp and clear no matter how much you enlarge it. It is perfect for logos and icons because it can be resized to any dimension without losing quality.
