Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) printing is a popular and versatile method for adding logos and designs to clothing. At EZ Print Creations, we specialise in HTV printing, expertly cutting designs from vinyl sheets and pressing them onto fabric using heat. This technique is ideal for creating vibrant, durable prints and can be applied to a variety of garments, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and even accessories like tote bags.

How does it work?

Once your digital logo or design is ready for printing, we use a specialised vinyl cutter to precisely extract the artwork from the vinyl sheet. After cutting, we remove the excess vinyl, leaving only the desired design on the carrier sheet. This process ensures that only the intended design will be transferred to the garment.

Next, we proceed to the heat pressing stage. We carefully position the design onto the garment and apply heat and pressure. After the artwork has bonded and adhered to the fabric, we allow it to cool slightly before removing the carrier sheet. The result is a smooth, vibrant print that's ready to wear!
