What is your lead time?

Bulk Orders

For all production items, you will receive a proof via email within 3 business days of placing your order. Once approved, our standard turnaround time for production and dispatch is 2-3 weeks. As custom products are made to order and order sizes vary, there may be some variability. Any potential differences will be communicated to you at the time of ordering.

 

Is there a minimum?

We generally do not enforce minimums on most products, though certain print methods when ordered in bulk often proves to be the most cost-effective option, considering setup time, shipping, and sourcing apparel.

 

Can you supply my garment for me?

Certainly! Most of our customers opt for us to supply the apparel for them. This is typically the quickest and most cost-effective way to fulfil your order.

 

Do you charge artwork fee?

We may charge a drawing or artwork fee if your logo needs to be redrawn (vector file) or if adjustments are necessary to your artwork (e.g., if it's not a working file), small fee may apply in such cases.

 

Can you cater for express orders?

We will certainly do our best! We understand the importance of time-sensitive orders and will prioritize them whenever possible.

 

Delivery

Need your order shipped? No problem! We offer both regular and express shipping options on all our products. Simply select your preferred option at checkout.

All orders will be delivered via Australia Post. You can track the location of your order using the tracking number provided at the time of dispatch. We will email you this information once your order is on its way

Kindly take note:

• While we strive to ship your order promptly, please note that delays may occur after the order has been dispatched. These delays are occasionally beyond our control. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we'll be glad to assist you.
• Please note that dispatch does not occur during Victorian public holidays as we will be closed.

 

Click & Collect

We offer Click and Collect for our Victorian customers. Just select this option at checkout when placing your order!

All Click and Collect orders are to be picked up from our humble home located at:

Stock Issues

While we strive to maintain stocks for regular items, there are occasions when they may be out of stock or not immediately available. In such cases, we may need to order them from our suppliers. Occasionally, items may be out of stock with both us and our suppliers. Rest assured, we will notify you in advance and discuss available options with you.
